Dr. Yolanda Ishola is a visionary servant-leader dedicated to equipping and empowering individuals for impactful ministry. She has a global mandate to prepare leaders, foster spiritual growth, and advance God’s Kingdom. Called to ministry at the young age of 10, Dr. Ishola preached her first sermons under the mentorship of her late mother, Dr. Katherine Y. Johnson, who diligently prepared her for her divine assignment. Since the age of 12, Dr. Ishola has been spiritually nurtured under the leadership of Bishop Keith Butler, whom she recognizes as her spiritual father. She is also a proud graduate of Pistis School of Ministry, where she excelled in biblical studies and leadership training.
In addition to her ministry work, Dr. Ishola holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Our Caring Hands Inc. and establish AJOY Enterprises and The Least of These Outreach Ministries.
Dr. Ishola’s passion for ministry, education, and outreach continues to inspire and equip leaders through her work at Rehoboth Bible Training Center. With a heart for global impact and a steadfast commitment to fulfilling her God-given purpose, she strives to hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
